Meet Mrs. HowardMarilyn Howard has been the teacher at Christian Cooperative Preschool since 1998. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from the University of Kansas and a Master’s degree in Talented and Gifted Education from Kansas State University. Prior to teaching at CCP, she taught kindergarten, first grade, and gifted education in the public school system.
Mrs. Howard and her husband have two children, (a son and daughter), a daughter-in-law, son-in-law and three grandchildren who continue to amaze her with their imagination and creativity skills. Her daughter attended CCP for three years, so before becoming the teacher she experienced the preschool as an actively involved parent. Mrs. Howard believes that children need a time to play, a time to learn, a time to create, and a time to imagine. She provides a warm, loving, safe environment that encourages each child to explore and learn in his/her own way. |
