registration procedure
For our Cooperative program, parents can pick up a registration packet from the school or print registration documents from the Registration Page.
For our 4K program, registration is completed via the Appleton Area School District.

financial policy
Registration Fee: The registration fee is due upon registration and is nonrefundable.
Tuition: Tuition may be paid in full or in 3 installments. If paying in full, tuition is due by September 1 prior to the beginning of the school year. If paying in 3 installments, a signed Payment Plan Agreement must be submitted to the Treasurer by September 1, with payment due on September 1, October 1 and November 1. There will be a $15 installment fee for those paying in installments. If full tuition is not made by Nov 1, the student will be dropped. If a payment is made with a non-sufficient funds check, the payment must be with cash or a money order and penalty fees are the responsibility of the parent. CCP reserves the right to charge a late fee if payments are not made by dates stated above.

Chairperson duties
Class Photographer- Take digital photos of students throughout the school year and compile the pictures into individual DVDs for each student.
Class Representative/Calling Parent- Notify all parents of any last minute changes in the classroom and when children will be going outside so they will be appropriately dressed for the weather. **Parents notify the Class Rep when their child is to be absent and the Class Rep informs the teacher.
Creative Projects/ Bulletin Board Parent- In charge of maintaining classroom and hallway bulletin boards as well as helping teaching with other creative duties as needed.
Laundry Parent (MWF)- Responsible for washing towels on a weekly basis (taking home on Friday and return on Monday) and washing paint shirts and field trip t-shirts as needed.
Scrapbook parent- Create an interesting scrapbook containing pictures of the students, parents, teacher, executive board and events of the school year. Up to $25 will be reimbursed for the costs associated with the scrapbook per year.
Special Projects Coordinator- Coordinate with the teacher and the special projects parents to ensure there are parent helpers during the special days and parties. Also includes other duties as needed by the teacher.
